As my first semester comes to an end, I begin to notice how much is left of school, plus how close we’re getting towards graduation. What I loved the most this semester is being able to have 7 out of 7 classes on pace. Its an amazing feeling when my family reacts in a overjoyed way about my grades. What I regret the most about this past semester is the fact that I wasn’t involved as much in school clubs or activities. I was worried a lot more about having good grades, doing homework, and as well as doing senior tasks that I haven’t accomplished.
My winter break was fun, having to spend it with my family and friends because we all are a close family and help each other out with various things. When I have time with my siblings, we gather up and just gossip about what's going on with work, school, our lifes etc. It was a good winter break overall, as I come back to school ready continue my journey through my last year of High School focused, active with classes, and staying busy with anything I need to finish on time.
By the time the last day of the first semester came I seriously noticed how graduation is only 4 months away. Even though there is so much to finish and to do I expect myself to strive towards having perfect grades every grading period. The most important assignments I need to accomplish are my senior project tasks. Since the end of my first semester I’ve always been patient with journals especially because overall my year has not ended and there are so many memories to create in order to write about my participations.
I currently am looking for a job but a job in which I have my own interest in. It has been taking some time because it is hard looking for a job in which I really want to first start with. What the big change is going to be for me this upcoming year is moving to Visalia California. I will still be living with my parents. When I bring something up about a job or my education it’s clear to me that I should work and go to school in the same city in where am going to stay for the next 2-3 years.
